Hi, I'm Gabby, owner & designer of threadbook :) 

When I was in college studying to become a teacher, I volunteered at an inner-city school in Boston teaching a “Learn to knit” class.

The students fell in love with knitting, and wanted instructions that they could take home to keep practicing their new skills. I

put my teacher skills to work and created the first edition of my “Learn to Knit Kit.” Six years, and thousands of hours of work later, threadbook was born! 

Threadbook is a fiber arts education company offering colorful and entertaining fiber art learning materials, supplies, and goodies. Our one-of-a-kind products are handcrafted, created, and designed by me!

Our goal at threadbook is to help you be your most creative self. New to fiber arts? Explore our introductory kits for beginners. Experienced knitter? Check out our hand-crafted, colorful knitting needles.
