Hi, I'm Gabby :)

A few years ago, while studying to become a teacher, I taught a “Learn to Knit” class at a local school. The students fell in love with knitting, and wanted instructions that they could take home to keep practicing their new skills.

I put my teacher skills to work and created the first edition of my “Learn to Knit Kit.” Thousands of hours of design work later, threadbook was born! All of our kits are designed, created, written, and illustrated by me, myself, and I!

We are a VERY small scale operation - it's only me + one employee (hi Sarah!). If you ever have any questions while you're learning, never hesitate to reach out! I am a teacher first and foremost, and my goal is to help you learn.
